Manufacturing - Materials

We hold a large range of materials in stock and can also acquire bespoke materials to tailor to our clients’ needs.
We have extensive knowledge of every type of material, along with the best ways to apply them to create strong, robust and tear-resistant products.

We make extensive use of PVC materials, such as laminated tarpaulin; nylons and polyesters, with PVC or polyurethane coatings; wide mesh materials for softer parts; and other textiles including polypropylene, insulated neoprene, and coated cotton for waterproofing. Various weights and thicknesses can be used to suit different requirements.

We also utilise various materials for other important parts of the product, such as brass eyelets, plastic piping, address pockets and strong webbing straps. Our plastic parts, such as zip pullers and seal chambers, are also manufactured in our own factory.

Our stock levels are constantly monitored: We are capable of holding around 500,000m² of material at any one time, and thanks to our strong supply line with long-term partners in Europe and the Far East, we are able to get hold of almost any material - including those we don’t usually stock - within seven days.

Why not go to our Products Section to see exactly what we can do.
